Please understand me!!!

Its been more than a month since i come back to KL, I am still adapting to it. I just don't understand why some people expect me to be ok and happy right away. They will say things like why are you still sad and depressed since you are the one that asked to come back KL. That it is weird that i am still mourning and probably not in my best shape now. I got a feeling that they cannot understand my situation now because they've never experience this before. After 5 years of sharing my life with my boyfriend, i am forced to separate from him and maintain a long distance relationship. It is only natural to feel handicap at sometime and lonely at others. I must admit i am doubting whether will i achieve what i have planned for? Will i be succesful? Will i lead a happy life? Everything is changing from my life, my career to my family and friends and this might not be easy for me to handle at once. But yet people still expect me to take it easily. I want to tell all of you that it is not easy at all. Please give me all the time and support i need. I promise when i will bounce back to my old self and be confident again.

Money issue...

With the escalating living cost after moving back to Kuala Lumpur, I have no choice but to increase my income. But i don't want to sacrifice more of my time working to earn the money. I've read many financial book and most of them have the same theory: Work towards building up a business/system that will make money for you even when you are not working. This is call passive income, it can come in a form, example like internet marketing, property investment or the plain old share market. Choose either one that work for you and learn up everything you need to know. What's next? Get in the game and earn as much passive income as you can. Financial freedom is reached when you have passive income that can sustain your expenses for eternity. To achieve that you need to have solid financial knowledge. Almost all books said that the school does not provide you good financial education you need but instead just ask you to work hard to get a stable job. The stories go on. I hope i can find some tool that suit my personality and can excel in it. At the mean time keep learning is the key.

Work it or lose it.

After 1 month of working in office setting, i can see my skin and flesh loosing to the gravity. 1 month of sitting around and doing nothing has definitely taken its toll. Not only i loose my "elasticity" (dunno how else to describe) but also my back pain is coming back. Not that i didn't try to go exercise but the last week when i dated my friends for badminton, it was cancelled. I didn't give up and proceed to swimming which the pool was closed for 1 week. (God is really trying to test me) Finally i saw the promotion in mYoga online yesterday which give out a 1 week free pass and without a doubt i printed it out. By hook or by crook i must go today for the sake of my body. But God.....why is it raining so heavily outside now?????

Options or not options?

Today i learned about option from this group named Teraoption. Basically it is like a downpayment to stock market. When the market is expected to go up in price, using the syncronization power you will buy the option contract (only 1% of the actual stock price). It is basically like paying a downpayment to a house, when the price go up to what you have targeted, then you sell the contract to another buyer. It is almost like trading business. The good thing is that buying option is 100 times cheaper than stock market with 100 times less risk and the return is almost as good as stock market. Sounds too good to believe in?
Firstly of course i will need to learn how to read the market price chart. "Never predict the market", that is what the speaker has mentioned over and over again during the talk. After learning how to read, i will basically know when the market is going up and down. With their sophisticated software, you can actually know which are the top 30 strongest and weakest company. From there you can choose what to buy. All this can be done in the comfort of your own house, trading time follow US market from 9.30am-4.30pm in US which convert to 9.30-4.30 am in Malaysia.
It is something that is worth looking into because you are actually venturing into the big game, which is stock market but you do not need that big of capital and take the kind of risk. Definitely a good way to earn extra income if you have the time and determination. I just wonder what is the downside of it? The speaker did mention you do not actually own the stock, you just have the contract of it which you later sell it to some other buyer when the price is good before the expiration date. What happen when the market goes down? You can cut losses buy putting a lost stop to it. When the market goes down to a certain value, automatically the broker will stop the investment.
The specialty of options is you can earn money both way, either when the market go up or go down. When you expect the market value to go up, you will buy the call option. When it goes down, you can buy a put option. So how does the put option work actually? When the stock is priced at 100 dollar per unit, you actually borrow from the broker and sell it at 100 dollar, owing the 1 unit to the broker. When the value drop to 80 dollar, you will buy a unit from seller and return to the broker the 1 unit that you owe. This way you sell at 100 dollar and buy back at 80 dollar, earn ++20dollar. It all sounds too good to be true? The speaker recommends 2 options which is the option express and interactive brokers. Every transaction will cost USD 1-1.5.
I do want to explore more about the possibilities as the economy in Malaysia is highly dependent on investment and demand from the whole. With higher and higher competition globally, i think it is definitely time to invest wisely with the little capital i have. After all, who is going to take care of me and my need besides myself.

Welcome to my blog

Hi everyone, welcome to my blog. I have not decided what concept i want my blog to be. But i heard i can put things that i experienced, i am interested, i am thinking, I am planning and basically anything i want into my blog. It a space for me to basically express myself without restriction as long as it doesn't involve sedition, bad mouthing, telling other people's secret, or anything that can jeopardise one repution, it should be find. Below are some idea that i have in mind

a) Food
I love food, be it home cooked or dining out. My friends said i spend lavisly on food but not on clothes or gadgets, i agree with them. I love to enjoy good food with my loved one cause it take stress out of my workday. Cooking also stimulate the creative part of my brain. When the dish i intend to do work out, i can truly feel the satisfaction and it put a big smile not only to myself but also people eating it.

b) Travel
I love travelling too but i do not travel as much as i eat. It can be interesting too cause it doesn't necessarily have to be overseas or somewhere fancy. It can just be anywhere i travel to near or far. From 5 star hotel to just budget tour.

c) Talk about property
I am deeply interested in property investment. Though i am still young and inexperience in this field but i think it's a good path to build up my wealth. I might not have the capital to invest now but it shouldn't render my from getting more knowledge and experience in it. I think more young professionals in this era are earning comfortably and they can afford to own properties, this can be an interesting topic to talk about. My dream is to have properties investmet bring me towards total financial freedom. Where i don't have to worry about money anymore.

d) My worklife in psychiatric hospital
How to run a psychiatric hospital? How to run a pharmacy department in psychiatric setting with least problem? How to manage a psychotic patient? How to handle difficult bosses?

Whatever it is, i hope it will be a great blog. Who know i'll be the next millionaire just by blogging.
