Find work that interest you, or find interest in work?

I am thinking, which is better? Do you find work that interest you? Or find interest in work? Of course if someone can find the work that bring great excitement and enthusiasm in them, I personally congratulate them. I think they will soar high and go far. What if not everyone is as lucky to find the work that interest them? Is it time to start learning to love your job instead of complaining about it? Can one really cultivate the interest in them? Does it mean if you don't hate it, you might actually learn to love it? Is it possible to ever fall in love with work when clearly it is not the thing you want most? We used to believe that we all can be successful and happy when we all grow up. We will all end up doing the things that we love most, perhaps a singer, writer, actor, doctor etc. What if you really love acting but you don't have the opportunity or talent? What then? Does it mean it's time to grow up and find some professional boring jobs that can pay the salary? I once read in an article, there are certain characteristic in successful person. They always know what they want and are prepared to fight for it. I think that's what important, to know what you want and do all you can to achieve it....with charisma. At least you have no regret at the end of your life when you've tried everything.
